Refund and Return Policy

At Mooz Impact, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@moozimpact.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your product.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as digital downloads, are not eligible for return.
